Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Shopify Plus trading and site execution.
- Improve homepage, collection, product and promotional visibility.
- Improve product setup, tagging, categorisation, filtering and merchandising logic.
- Build better collection structures around customer buying moments such as occasionwear, weddings, gifting, workwear, holidays, new season and seasonal edits.
- Improve product discovery through navigation, filters, search, related products, colour/product grouping and onsite merchandising.
- Monitor ecommerce funnel performance, including sessions, conversion rate, product views, add-to-cart, checkout, revenue, AOV and returning customers.
- Use Shopify analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, heatmap/session tools and app reporting where available.
- Identify drop-off points, broken journeys, 404s, weak pages and practical CRO opportunities.
- Improve use of ecommerce apps such as recommendations, upsell, cross-sell, returns, loyalty, search/filtering and onsite customer experience tools.
- Support better onsite treatment for VIP, repeat, UK, USA and international customers.
- Improve product descriptions, collection copy, SEO hygiene and supporting pages where commercially relevant.
- Use AI intelligently to improve product enrichment, SEO, tagging, image organisation, reporting, merchandising logic and ecommerce QA.
- Work with product, Korea, brand and content teams to improve product data, imagery standards and ecommerce readiness.
- Maintain clear ecommerce trackers, issue logs, weekly reporting and recommended actions.
What This Role Does Not Own
This role does not independently own:
- overall brand creative direction;
- final visual approval;
- website theme redesign;
- Liquid/code changes;
- checkout changes;
- paid media strategy;
- email marketing strategy;
- product buying strategy;
- warehouse operations;
- legal decisions on returns policy;
- major app purchases or commercial-policy changes without approval.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on Shopify Plus or Shopify experience.
- Experience improving ecommerce trading, merchandising, product discovery and customer journeys.
- Strong product data, taxonomy, collection and filtering instincts.
- Evidence of growing an established ecommerce channel, not just maintaining a website.
- Commercial judgement across revenue, conversion, AOV and customer experience.
- Confidence with Shopify analytics, GA4, Google Search Console and CRO tools.
- Understanding of ecommerce apps, including recommendations, returns, search/filtering, loyalty or upsell.
- Strong practical AI fluency, with evidence of using AI to improve ecommerce, product data, SEO, merchandising, content, reporting or operational workflows.
- Ability to design AI-assisted workflows with human QA, rather than relying on either manual work or unchecked AI output.
- Strong written communication, organisation and follow-through in a remote environment.
- Good visual judgement and respect for brand approval processes.

- Homepage, PLPs and PDPs reflect current trading priorities.
- Conversion issues become visible and are acted on.

- Google Search Console issues, 404s and SEO hygiene are actively managed.
- Weekly reporting includes clear actions, not just numbers.
- AI reduces manual ecommerce work while improving accuracy, speed and quality.
- Ecommerce catches product truth, imagery and data issues before they damage conversion or customer trust.
