Development Executive – Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with potential clients through various outreach methods, including market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend relevant solutions aligned with their objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure smooth communication and long-term engagement.
4. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of campaign requirements
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
6. Prepare meeting summaries, discussion points, and maintain proper documentation of client interactions for internal alignment and tracking.
7. Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
8. Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
9. Support the sales process from lead generation to closure while maintaining a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
10. Coordinate closely with internal teams and managers to ensure seamless communication of client requirements, updates, and urgencies, also contributing to business growth through networking initiatives and industry events.
