Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Meet prospective clients, including apartment associations, builders, and corporate procurement heads, to present the company’s products and services and understand their requirements.
2. Prepare and submit proposals, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
3. Prepare, review, and finalize contract agreements with customers.
4. Generate leads and schedule appointments through cold calling.
5. Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
