Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and referrals.
- Explain the Gear Gains business model in a simple and professional manner.
- Schedule calls between interested prospects and the founder.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Build customer trust through honest and professional communication.
- Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, NBFC, or Sales.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, MS Office).
- Quiet work environment with reliable internet connection.
- Own laptop/desktop and smartphone with headset.
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.
