Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and referrals.
  • Explain the Gear Gains business model in a simple and professional manner.
  • Schedule calls between interested prospects and the founder.
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/CRM.
  • Build customer trust through honest and professional communication.
  • Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, NBFC, or Sales.
  • Excellent Hindi communication skills.
  • Basic English communication is preferred.
  • Good computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, MS Office).
  • Quiet work environment with reliable internet connection.
  • Own laptop/desktop and smartphone with headset.
  • Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.
