Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and understanding their business processes.
  • Support ERP implementation including data setup, user configuration, and workflow mapping.
  • Provide training to clients on Borg Desk Workplace modules and features.
  • Track customer usage and promote better product adoption.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal support teams for timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and maintain strong relationship for long-term engagement.
  • Maintain documentation: call logs, progress reports, support queries, FAQs etc.
  • Help customers utilize automation and MIS reports to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly reviews to ensure project timelines are achieved.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts etc.)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to learn software quickly and explain it in simple terms
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Patience and customer-centric attitude
