Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective participants from the existing database
  • Explain event offerings, benefits, pricing, and registration processes
  • Understand participant interests and recommend suitable registration options
  • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed registrations
  • Follow structured follow-up processes to maximize conversions
  • Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward closure

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing engagement through calls, email, and WhatsApp
  • Respond to participant queries promptly and professionally
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with participants
  • Maintain clean and updated CRM records

Registration Operations

  • Track registrations and payment status
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth participant onboarding
  • Support participants throughout the registration journey
