Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling and networking.
2. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and client interaction.
3. Provide personalized career counseling sessions to clients, addressing their individual needs and goals.
4. Utilize client relationship management (CRM) tools to track client progress and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
6. Conduct inside sales activities to promote PrimePathway’s services and generate new business leads.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career counseling to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
