More about the job Your role in our team You will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in strategic customer data management, customer relationship and problem solving.
Your tasks will be
- Support sales team account managers and take care of the Finnish strategic customers’ requests
- Ensure the accuracy of information reflected in reports and customer management program
- Manage reclamations, ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing and order management
