Job Description

Responsibilities:

A. Lead Engagement & Calling
1. Contact inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
2. Engage prospective buyers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
3. Understand customer requirements and buying motivations.
4. Build trust and establish strong rapport with potential customers.
5. Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

B. Lead Qualification
1. Collect and document customer requirements.
2. Capture the customer’s budget range.
3. Record preferred locations.
4. Understand property requirements and preferences.
5. Identify investment objectives.
6. Determine the purchase timeline.
7. Assess home loan requirements.
8. Understand the customer’s decision-making process.a

C. Appointment Scheduling
1. Schedule consultations between qualified prospects and property advisors.
2. Coordinate meeting schedules and confirmations.
3. Ensure prospects attend scheduled consultations.
4. Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule meetings when required.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
6. Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture potential leads.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

D. CRM Management
1. Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
2. Track lead status and follow-up activities.
3. Maintain customer records and interaction notes.
4. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
