Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat platforms (Tawk / website / app) in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information, issue resolution, and guidance to customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through prompt and effective responses
- Follow defined SOPs and response guidelines while handling queries
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvements
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent written communication skills (clear, concise, and grammatically correct)
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed, MS Office, chat tools)
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in chat support / customer support / operations
- Familiarity with tools like Tawk.to, CRM systems, or ticketing tools
