Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat platforms (Tawk / website / app) in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information, issue resolution, and guidance to customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through prompt and effective responses
  • Follow defined SOPs and response guidelines while handling queries
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvements

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills (clear, concise, and grammatically correct)
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing speed, MS Office, chat tools)

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in chat support / customer support / operations
  • Familiarity with tools like Tawk.to, CRM systems, or ticketing tools
