Job Description

Role

Creative Leadership & Concepting:

  • Collaborate closely with team members to conceive original, compelling creative concepts for pitches, campaigns, and RFP submissions.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, providing innovative thinking, strategic direction, and creative problem-solving to develop standout brand narratives.

Presentation Excellence:

  • Oversee the design and structure of client presentations, pitch decks, and RFP documents, ensuring they are visually striking, on-brand, and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Develop cutting-edge templates, visuals, and storytelling techniques that elevate the agency’s presentation quality and persuasive impact.

Design Execution:

  • Utilise Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma to produce polished, professional presentation materials.
  • Create infographics, key visuals, and narrative elements that bring strategic and creative ideas to life.

Digital & Social Content

  • Understand and apply insights from various social media platforms to ensure creative concepts are platform-appropriate, audience-relevant, and culturally on-trend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft digital content that fosters engagement, brand growth, and positive audience interactions.

Technology & Innovation:

  • Stay current with the latest industry tools, including AI-based solutions like ChatGPT and Midjourney, to boost ideation, streamline processes, and continuously enhance creative quality.
  • Introduce new technologies and methods to the team, driving innovation and exploring emerging frontiers in design and storytelling.

Collaboration & Development:

  • Work with account teams, strategists, production managers, and technologists to ensure integrated, holistic approaches to campaigns and deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior creatives, fostering a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative, art direction, or design-focused role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates exceptional presentation design, conceptual strength, and brand storytelling.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and cultural trends.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) and an enthusiasm for integrating emerging technologies into creative workflows.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
