Creative Marketing Specialist

Job Description

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Commercial teams, produce creative for multiple channels, leverage the latest AI tools to improve creative workflows, and continuously test, learn and optimise campaign performance.

Creative, AI & Campaign Delivery

• Develop high-performing creative across paid media, eCommerce, CRM, social and digital campaigns.
• Translate briefs into compelling, conversion-focused creative and produce variations for testing and optimisation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, generate concepts, copy, imagery and video, and build efficient prompting workflows.
• Stay across emerging AI and creative technologies to improve output, speed and innovation while maintaining brand consistency.

Performance Marketing

• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to develop high-converting, direct-response creative.
• Apply Meta best practices including hooks, retention strategies and conversion-focused design principles.
• Support A/B testing through multiple creative concepts and ongoing optimisation to improve campaign performance.

Design, Brand & Collaboration

• Design high-quality assets across digital, web, email, social and retail channels.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage creative workflows, priorities and asset libraries to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Commercial teams, and coordinate external creative suppliers where required.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor creative trends, competitor activity and emerging formats.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
