Cloud IAM Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement IAM solutions in AWS and Azure, aligning with security best practices and business requirements.

– Develop and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

– Automate IAM tasks using scripting languages like Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

– Integrate on-premises identity systems with cloud IAM solutions to provide a seamless user experience.

– Monitor and analyze IAM logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.

– Collaborate with application development teams to integrate IAM controls into their applications.

– Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.

– Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on IAM-related issues.

– Conduct regular security assessments of IAM configurations to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM solutions in AWS and Azure environments.

– Proven expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management processes and tools.

– Proficient in scripting languages such as Python for automating IAM tasks.

– Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access control.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Ability to analyze and troubleshoot IAM-related issues.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
