Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities will include (not limited to):

• Collaborating within a project team to streamline workflows and release processes supporting cloud infrastructure design, build and maintenance
• Reviewing requirements to design and develop high quality, secure and robust infrastructure, and software solutions
• Monitoring system capabilities and diagnostics to maintain business continuity and maximise application uptime
• Conducting code reviews and analysis to identify issues and ensure consistency, efficiency and reliability of new software and infrastructure
• Supporting deployment of component packages and applications to ensure successful imports across environments

About You:

For you to be successful within this role you should meet with all, or most of the following criteria:

• 3+ years’ experience gained in a similar role, as described above
• Completed a technology focused degree, or demonstrated equivalent practical experience Ability to work within a complex operating environment delivering crucial software solutions to the community, and managing potentially conflicting development cycles and deliverables
• Capable of working at a very high level within infrastructure environments, with immutable servers and infrastructure as code using CI/CD pipelines and principles
