Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Deliver territory plans and local activities that support business objectives and patient outcomes.
• Run professional visits and educational meetings to share evidence and insights clearly and responsibly.
• Gather and report market and customer feedback to inform local strategy and improve service.
• Work with colleagues across functions to solve customer needs and drive execution.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; science, pharmacy or medical backgrounds are an advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales, field roles or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and mobile apps.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Customer-focused mindset with integrity and a commitment to ethical behaviour.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical field roles.
• Ability to interpret and communicate scientific or clinical information clearly.
• Planning and analytical skills to develop and track territory performance.
• Experience running professional or academic meetings.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in additional local languages.
