Job Description
Responsibilities-:
- Develops and maintains the relations with external business associates and clients for furthering the business development activity.
- Coordinate Client/Associate companies representatives and updates on the available opportunities.
- Following up new business opportunities in HR and setting up meetings.
- Identifying sales leads, pitch our Human Resources services to new clients.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Planning, preparing and making proposals to Clients.
- Maintain a good working relationship with new and existing contacts.
- Communicating HR products developments to prospective clients.
- Coordinates with all key consultants.
Skills required:
- Good business sense
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of HR/ marketing principles
- A positive attitude
- Plenty of initiative
- Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
