Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Meet with business owners to understand their challenges and present Peninsula’s market leading solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce
  • Consistently exceed activity, revenue and conversion targets

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven success in new business development or field sales
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • High levels of resilience, drive and self-motivation
  • The discipline to build your own pipeline and control your own results
