About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role focused on both new business development and account management.

You will:

  • Drive new business growth across Melbourne and wider Victoria
  • Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What success looks like

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales and GP targets
  • Strong pipeline and regular conversion of new business
  • Growth in market share across VIC
  • High customer retention and long-term account development
