Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted calling campaigns and email marketing to engage prospective students
  • Understand each prospect’s career goals, background, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment and conversion
  • Provide expert guidance on career pathways, program benefits, and learning outcomes
  • Present comprehensive information about our programs, pricing, curriculum, and career outcomes
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects throughout their decision-making journey
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with marketing and programme teams to improve lead generation strategies and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the EdTech sector, particularly selling courses, bootcamps, or training programmes
  • Understanding of data analysis, digital marketing, or professional development sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals
  • Experience using CRM platforms to track leads and manage customer relationships
