Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand learners’ career goals and recommend the most suitable courses.
  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of Curiousozzy’s programs.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by providing effective counseling and guidance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
  • Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Stay updated with the company’s courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, telesales, or EdTech sales is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
