Business Development Associate

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calling to engage potential clients across international markets.
• Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Assist the senior sales team in lead nurturing and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach messaging and support proposals.
• Generate revenue by onboarding clients to offer web and mobile development services, including web development services on Shopify, Magento, WordPress etc. and Accessibility services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Willingness to work in the evening/night shift
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
