Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
• Conduct business discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and process assessments to identify business gaps, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimized business workflows and digital transformation strategies.
• Provide business and solution consulting by aligning client requirements with product capabilities and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain business documentation including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), business process flows, user stories, solution proposals, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, product owners, QA, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate requirement changes, perform business impact analysis, and recommend practical and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both business and technical objectives.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payment and fintech solutions, providing consultation across merchant onboarding, payment processing, alternative payment methods, recurring payments, financing, payout, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Support solution demonstrations, client presentations, implementation planning, UAT activities, and production rollout.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, solution sign-off, and successful delivery while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with payment industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Experience managing client-facing projects or consulting engagements is highly preferred.
