Audit Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct accurate site audits by visiting customer locations to take precise measurements and assess site readiness for wallpaper and wooden flooring installations.
2. Coordinate between the Sales and Installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and execution.
3. Perform timely site assessments to minimize project delays and eliminate installation bottlenecks.
4. Identify potential site issues, such as wall dampness or uneven flooring, to prevent material wastage and incorrect ordering.
5. Deliver a professional and customer-friendly on-site experience by assisting homeowners throughout the site inspection process.
6. Maintain accurate digital records of site measurements, photographs, and site readiness checklists after every visit.

Other requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in site auditing, field measurements, or operations within the interior design, home decor, construction, or real estate industry.

2. Proven ability to take accurate site measurements using measuring tapes and digital laser measuring tools.

3. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel across Bengaluru.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and effectively communicate site conditions to internal teams.

5. High ownership mindset, strong execution skills, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role.
