What you’ll do
As a Lead / Associate Director Civil Engineer in our Transport Civil Infrastructure team based in Gladstone or Rockhampton, you’ll provide technical leadership, develop client relationships and drive the successful delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects across transport and community infrastructure sectors.
This is an opportunity to influence the direction of our regional business while remaining connected to Aurecon’s national network of technical experts, project leaders and industry specialists.
- Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects from concept through to construction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth
- Provide technical leadership and governance across multidisciplinary project teams
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and innovation
- Drive quality project outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and engineering best practice
What you’ll bring
- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within consulting, engineering or infrastructure environments and proven experience delivering TMR projects
- Strong client relationship management and business development capability
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring engineers
- Proven ability to manage project delivery, commercial outcomes and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
