Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects across CARSOME Capital.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple business functions.
  • Track project milestones, action items, risks, issues, and implementation progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, Steering Committees, Working Groups, and governance forums.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance records, and PMO repositories to ensure proper version control and compliance.
  • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, external partners, regulators, and vendors where required.
  • Identify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support mitigation planning.
  • Monitor project performance against established timelines and objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to PMO processes, governance standards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic projects assigned by the PMO Office or senior leadership.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, business transformation, consulting, or strategic planning.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Lists, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
  • Experience within banking, fintech, insurance, lending, or financial services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks is an added advantage.
