Marketing & Branding Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing Quest’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Creating engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, blogs, and email newsletters
• Planning and coordinating client events, webinars, and internal team activities from start to finish
• Producing marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, and client-facing documents
• Monitoring brand consistency across all communications and materials
• Supporting client outreach campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives
• Tracking and reporting on marketing performance to the leadership team
• Researching industry trends to help shape our marketing strategy

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident, professional tone
• Strong creative instincts with a good eye for design and visual storytelling
• Experience in content creation across social media and other digital formats
• Event planning skills, organised, detail-focused, and able to deliver on time
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
• A proactive, self-starter attitude, you do not wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a global team

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Mailchimp
• A background in professional services or finance
• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business
