Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management
- Attends and participates in all sales meetings, weekly conference calls, and working under Head KAM/ marketing to develop regional and individual targets.
- Maintain client relationships, including follow up, support, problem solving, technical, and service recommendations.
2. Business development support
- Maintain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and generating new business opportunities.
- Support Head KAM for preparing business case documents, Prepare Marketing documents like CNPDR, NPDR, IFSR, GVA, Quotation document etc.
- Be in touch & follow-up for getting the data from CFT- R&D, PM, SCM, PE for preparing commercial quotation.
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
- Support Head KAM FOR Prepare an annual budget (sales plan), by getting volumes. Predictions of OEM , analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Monitor annual and monthly forecasts and doing variance analysis and initiating corrective actions.
4. Customer relationship management
- Must visit all customers. Periodically with set intervals. Also visit mfg. plants of OEMs. Frequent visit and maintain good relation with buyers, quality persons.
- Proposed 3 days sitting at office and 3 days visit at customer office in a week.
