Assistant General Manager Design

Job Description

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE :-

You lead large corporate workplace projects end to end bringing deep design expertise, strong knowledge of workplace standards and

execution, and mentoring the designers under you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :-

1) Large-project ownership – lead large corporate workplace projects from concept through execution

2) Design expertise – bring depth in workplace design; make the tough design calls with confidence

3) Workplace standards – apply strong knowledge of workplace standards and execution processes on every project

4) Mentoring – guide and grow the designers on your team; raise the bar around you

5) Execution linkage – make sure design translates cleanly into buildable, on-standard site work

6) Client confidence – hold design conversations with senior clients through the project

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :-

Must-Haves

1) 8-10 years in interior / workplace design

2) Has led large corporate projects end to end

3) Deep design expertise and a strong eye for workplace design

4) Strong knowledge of workplace standards and execution processes

5) Mentoring capability can grow designers under you

Good to Have

1) B.Arch or an equivalent design degree; further qualification a plus

2) Multi-site or multi-account exposure

3) Design & Build delivery experience
