What matters most is leadership, attitude and the ability to take ownership.

You’ll need sound commercial judgement, strong people skills and enough dealership knowledge to confidently work across multiple departments.

The current team is approximately 15 people, with further growth expected over the coming years. Retail volumes are also building, creating a strong opportunity for the incoming General Manager to influence how the business develops.

There is genuine progression available for the right person. As the operation grows, this position has the potential to develop toward broader Dealer Principal-level responsibility.

Remuneration will be structured around the successful candidate’s experience and capability, with a competitive base package, performance incentives and vehicle expected to form part of the overall offer.
