Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Build pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces across Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Develop automated tests and maintain high code quality standards.
• Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, VAPT, and Production Deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational handover documents.
• Plan and support application releases, production implementation, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security standards, architecture guidelines, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business users, QA teams, infrastructure teams, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage technical risks, and provide timely status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of software development experience with at least several years in mobile application development.
• Strong experience developing enterprise mobile applications using React Native.
• Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, Web Services, and JSON.
• Experience with Android and iOS application development.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Microservices and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, or DB2.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as JMeter, TOSCA, or similar.
• Experience in Digital Banking, Consumer Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
