Responsibilities
Workforce Operations & System Management
- Manage and resolve tickets related to contingent worker (CWR) profiles in SAP Fieldglass, including terminations, extensions, and revisions.
- Maintain and regularly update CWR profiles to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Capture, review, and resolve integration files related to contingent workforce data.
- Run and analyze audit reports to identify and address discrepancies or process gaps.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to managers and stakeholders via email and system updates.
- Act as a point of contact for CWMO-related operational queries and transactions.
Process Excellence
- Quality: Support talent quality through effective contingent worker fulfillment and data accuracy.
- Speed: Drive process efficiencies via standardization, automation, and use of tools.
- Cost: Support supplier performance optimization and cost-effective workforce management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to GXO policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
Experience and Qualification Required
- Bachelors degree
- 1â3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related industry
- Prior exposure to analytics or data-driven operational role
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP Fieldglass
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
