Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sales Revenue generation/ achievement and New Business Development
- Key Account Management for MS India customers for the respective customers.
- Maintain good Relations with Customers and update of Relationship Matrix.
- Query generation, coordinate for solution and Technical/commercial proposal support and submission
- Support cost review, Price benchmark, pricing, Quote/ offer submission, Negotiations and Order receipt
- Customer folders maintenance, CRM and Sales Process implementations
- Business Wins, Contracts, Booking & coordination of inclusion in long term plan
- Set escalators, negotiate price revisions/ Commodity and FX recoveries
- Eradication of Red Ink (-ve margin items) and Profit enhancement
- Coordination for SLOB reduction and inventory planning and Forecast reviews
- Achieving profitability (GM%, SM%, CM%) for respective customer accounts
- Track opportunities, prepare opportunity pipeline based on White Space analysis.
- MIS data, collection of production data for OEM, analysis, SOB data generation, Sales Trend Analysis.
- Organize meetings with customers for initiation of business discussions.
- Business Plan/ Strategic Plan/ CRM Updation
- Sales Promotion, Marketing activities like organizing Tech Shows and participating in Expos.
- Coordinating with Finance & customer Support team & customers for support in Payment
Coordinate with customer support for order processing, sales forecasting, OTD activities, customer satisfaction
Education Qualification:
- MBA (Preferred)
- Mechanical Engineering (Degree/Diploma)
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Technical knowledge
- Good Computer/ software skills
- Knowledge and experience of CRM, ERP (SAP/Oracle), SharePoint portals preferred
- 6-8 years+ experience in working with Automobile OEM customers
Leadership Competence:
- Should have good Coordination skills
- Leadership experience for leading CFT/ Project Team
- Good communication and presentation skills
Relevant Experience:
- Sales and Marketing, customer handling
- Good customer relations
