Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
4. Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
5. Maintain candidate pipeline, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
6. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Handle salary discussions, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
8. Meet defined monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
9. Build a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
10. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
