Field Sales Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

* Visit the market regularly to generate business and achieve sales targets.

* Take regular orders from distributors/dealers and retailers and ensure timely execution.

* Handle the assigned territory and ensure proper product availability in the market.

* Identify new distributors/dealers and develop new business opportunities.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.

* Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts with distributors/dealers.

* Ensure proper product visibility and implementation of company schemes/offers.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update market activities.

* Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets.
