Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between the business and technology teams to translate solutions.
• Conduct analysis to determine business or system requirements.
• Assist product owners to define the value definition of stories.
• Plan and execute system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide first-level analysis and support for data-related queries.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of dedicated business analysis experience.
• Technical Business Analyst experience (advice, superannuation, or wealth is desirable).
• Proficiency in Agile planning software including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with process mapping tools like Visio and visual whiteboards like MIRO.
• Legislative or compliance change project experience.
• Previous experience utilising AI tools to identify technology-related impacts.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance obligations and code of conduct.
