Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and share interview feedback, recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Assist in campus hiring initiatives, internship drives, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns on social media.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be an added advantage.
