Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and share interview feedback, recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Assist in campus hiring initiatives, internship drives, and recruitment events.
  • Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns on social media.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be an added advantage.
