Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through club memberships, founder networks, CA/CS referrals, alumni bodies, and premium community events
  • Build and maintain a live CRM pipeline of 30+ qualified prospects at all times
  • Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand client goals, corpus, and risk appetite (no product pitching in the first meeting)
  • Drive KYC, risk profiling, and documentation to closure within 7 working days of client sign off
  • Brief the Advisory Team comprehensively on each onboarded client
  • Build referral partnerships with CA firms, corporate lawyers, and startup CFOs
  • Represent BlissMoney at premium community events, club functions, and industry sessions

Who We’re Looking For

Graduate or postgraduate from any discipline, with a genuine ability to build trust and relationships in premium, high touch environments. We welcome candidates from both traditional wealth management backgrounds and non-traditional premium service backgrounds.

Traditional backgrounds: mutual fund distribution, PMS/AIF sales, private banking, insurance planning for affluent clients, MBA in Finance or Marketing, CFP or CWM certification.

Non-traditional backgrounds we actively encourage: luxury hospitality and front office management, premium aviation and cabin crew, luxury retail (fashion, automobiles, jewellery, art), event and experience management for HNI gatherings, premium wellness and private club management, sports or athlete management, luxury brand PR and communications.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of client acquisition, relationship management, or business development experience in a premium, client facing environment
  • Demonstrable exposure to affluent, HNI, or UHNI individuals in any capacity
  • NISM Series V-A certification (can be obtained within 90 days of joining)
  • Strong English communication suited to boardroom and club level conversations
  • Comfort with CRM tools and basic financial literacy
