Job Description
Responsibilities
- 58 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Partner Sales with a reputed developer.
- Develop and expand the Channel Partner (CP) and broker network.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and Channel Partners.
- Conduct regular CP meets, project presentations, and engagement activities.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure a steady pipeline of prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to convert leads into bookings.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sourcing targets.
- Arrange and monitor site visits generated through Channel Partners.
- Track bookings, collections, and revenue generated from the sourcing channel.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing for Channel Partner campaigns and promotional activities.
- Resolve Channel Partner concerns and ensure timely processing of commissions and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong network with Channel Partners and real estate brokers.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate sales cycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
