Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End to end clinical practice & business solution knowledge transfer to partners
  • Train sales and BD team on clinical SOP & best practices
  • First level technical query resolution for Technician/Sales/BD team and partners
  • Clinical audits to ensure clinical process and SOP is followed
  • Training & developing of counselling tools for Field teams and technicians
  • Partner with BD team for important business pitch to demonstrate show case the product, service and solution
  • Show case the power of solution to partners to build strong imagery
  • Train doctors on tools available for diagnosing and treating conditions related to our products.
  • Train the trainer on clinical aspects and clinical SOPs and product and services

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer centric approach.
  • An excellent communicator and goal oriented.
  • Ability to convince the medical practitioners and other channel partners about our healthcare solution both clinical and tech
  • Ability to conduct medical education programs, CME’s and big health care events as speaker
  • Good analytical skills to understand and interpret clinical reports and guide team on right outcomes
  • A traveler since role requires travelling extensively
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Strong people and leadership capability
  • Ability to build a strong Regional clinical excellence team in 6-9 months’ time
  • On line and in clinic training of technician’s basis monthly calendar
  • Should have ability to build training modules and content both technical and soft skills
  • Cross functional interactions with sales, BD, Marketing, operations and HR.
