Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design static ad creatives for e-commerce brands, built to convert on paid social
  • Adapt winning ad frameworks to each brand’s colours, fonts, product, and voice
  • Use AI image generation to produce and iterate on ad visuals quickly
  • Build and polish ads in Canva and Figma
  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative team through our shared workspace
  • Take feedback and iterate fast, keeping every ad on-brand and on-brief

Must-have experience

  • 1-3 years designing marketing creatives, with a portfolio of static ads for B2C / D2C e-commerce brands (this is essential; please share a portfolio or link)
  • Strong grip on layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy for ads
  • Hands-on with Canva and Figma
  • Experience with prompting for AI image generation tools (for example Higgsfield, or similar AI image platforms)
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude / Chatgpt
  • Experience collaborating in Notion (or a similar workspace tool)

Nice to have

  • Understanding of what makes a paid social ad perform (hooks, offers, CTAs)
  • Basic motion / short video editing for ad cuts
  • Experience working with an ads agency or in-house e-commerce brand
