Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design platform ready ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google Display
  • Produce multiple variations quickly for A/B testing
  • Build thumb-stopping visuals that match client brand worlds and campaign goals
  • Adapt to different brand voices and aesthetics across our portfolio

Creative Execution

  • Match tone, color and emotion across all creatives
  • Iterate quickly and bring bold ideas to the team
  • Work with creative directors for revisions and alignment
  • Deliver on strict timelines while managing multiple projects
  • Maintain clean file structures and organised project folders

What You Bring

  • Strong portfolio of static ad creative work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Sharp eye for visual hierarchy, color and layout
  • Fast turnaround, detail-oriented and open to feedback
  • Ability to work fast without relying on templates
  • Bonus: experience producing or editing short form video ads
