Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and conduct interviews with all members of each department to understand job functions and workflows.
- Write draft work instructions, job descriptions, and quality system processes based on those interviews.
- Compose editable forms and reusable templates for use across all departments.
- Develop a document numbering system and version-control mechanism to ensure all documents remain current and auditable.
- Convert complex technical documents and processes into easy-to-understand workflows and visual guides.
- Architect and design the overall document control system structure, covering work instructions, process flows, forms, and charts.
- Lead the initial company-wide release, training, and rollout of the document control system.
- Support all departments and staff levels to achieve 100% adoption of the new system.
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for document control questions and continuous improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in quality control, regulatory affairs, or ISO compliance is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter—able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software and computer programs quickly.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
