Physics Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design scientific reasoning scenarios using experimental, observational, or simulated datasets.
• Create multi-step tasks involving data analysis, pattern recognition, parameter estimation, and predictive reasoning.
• Develop evaluation problems focused on law discovery, model selection, hypothesis validation, and consistency checks.
• Prepare reference solutions, deterministic answers, and detailed scoring rubrics.
• Collaborate with reviewers and LLM teams to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• PhD/Doctorate in Physics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the physics domain.
• Strong knowledge of scientific reasoning, quantitative modeling, data analysis, and experimental methodologies.
• Expertise in mathematical modeling, dimensional analysis, parameter estimation, and simulation-based problem solving.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to logical consistency and reproducibility.
