Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule updates.
• Analyze critical paths and project risks affecting timelines.
• Track manpower, equipment, and material requirements against project plans.
• Assist in resource planning and productivity analysis.
• Support project cost control and earned value analysis.
• Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide planning inputs.
