AI Technical Account Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic technical relationships with enterprise and mid-market AI clients
• Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and technical roadmap sessions with client stakeholders
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions with support from solution architects and delivery teams
• Proactively identify adoption risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (implementation, data science, support) to resolve client issues
• Track key account KPIs, usage metrics, and success milestones
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on AI value realisation
• Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying expansion use cases
• Manage client escalations and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain deep knowledge of Santriya Technologies” AI product and service portfolio
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and delivery teams.
