Job Description
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for all the processes related to the complete employee and contractor lifecycle
- Design, implement and optimize HR programs and policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Partner closely with the senior management to identify employee engagement programs and implement policies to maximize retention
- Participate in developing and executing strategies for performance evaluation, training and development
- Implement a human resource information system and own the platform for ongoing updates
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and take ownership for all compliance needs related to HR
- Handle employee grievances and violations of company policies, procedures and rules
- Prepare and present reports as needed by the management
Skill competencies
- 5 to 10 years in the HR field of which the last 5 years must be in the US HR operations
- Bachelors degree and Masters in MBA would be preferred with HR
- Excellent communication skills with ability to develop and foster long term relations with internal teams and external partners
- Deep knowledge of all HR processes
- Aware of statutory processes and regulations in the USA
