Job Description

Responsibilities

School Outreach & Business Support

Make a minimum of80 outbound calls per dayto schools in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Connect with Principals, School Leaders,Counselors, and Academic Coordinators.

Schedule and coordinateat least 4 online meetings per weekfor the senior leadership/business development team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in CRM/Excel.

Follow up regularly with schools regarding proposals, program participation, and registrations.

Student & Parent Coordination

Contact enquiries generated through various channels.

Guide parents and students through the registration process.

Follow up on pending registrations, documentation, and payments.

Address basic program-related queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.

Operations & Program Coordination

Coordinate with zonal teams, school coordinators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Assist in managing student data, travel documents, rooming lists, attendance records, and operational checklists.

Ensure smooth communication between schools and teams.

Support pre-departure, during-travel, and post-program operational requirements.

Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all operational tasks related to student travel programs.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Maintain databases using Excel and CRM tools.

Create presentations and reports as required by management.

Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum80 calls per day.

Minimum4 qualified online meetings scheduled per week.

Timely follow-up on all enquiries and registrations.

High accuracy in operational documentation.

Smooth coordination with schools and zonal teams.

Achievement of registration and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).

Strongtelecallingand follow-up skills.

Good knowledge ofMS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT.

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

13 years of experience intelecalling, customer support, operations, education, travel, or related fields preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
