Job Description

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain in the Driver team
• Prototype early and validate ideas through testing
• Present clear, structured thinking to senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system
• Balance speed with craft across multiple initiatives
  

About You

• Proven experience shipping digital products at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design
• Ability to present work and influence decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and research tools
• Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
