Job Description

Responsibilities

• Screen and verify member profiles to ensure quality and authenticity.
• Conduct introductory outbound calls to understand members’ expectations and relationship preferences.
• Build rapport with members and provide personalized guidance throughout their journey.
• Handle conversations with divorced, widowed, and remarriage-seeking members with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Recommend and upsell suitable membership plans and premium matchmaking services based on member needs.
• Follow up with prospective and existing members to improve engagement and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet monthly targets for member engagement, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer relationship, customer support, telesales, or matchmaking role within the matrimonial industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and emotional maturity.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills without being overly sales-focused.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
