Job Description
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and introduce them to products, services, and portal features
– Understand customer needs, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high satisfaction
– Act as a customer buddy, building strong and long-term relationships
– Guide customers through portal and product workflows for smooth adoption
– Communicate product features, service updates, and benefits clearly
– Be a continuous partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle
– Manage customer communication via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and social platforms
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups using strong calendaring skills
Sales & Lead Generation
– Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage and needs
– Qualify inbound leads and assist in converting prospects into customers
– Follow up with warm leads, trial users, and dormant prospects to drive conversions
– Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives
– Maintain CRM records, lead status, and sales pipeline tracking
– Conduct product demos and introductory calls for prospects
– Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and success stories
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and close deals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Basic Accounting knowledge
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
– Understanding of Social Media Management
– Hands-on experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
– Excellent organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills
– Sales-oriented and customer-centric mindset
